• What insurances do we accept?
  • We accept most insurances, including AHCCCS and private insurance.

  • What ages do you see in your office?
  • We see patients of all ages with any type of special need. We also welcome their friends and families as patients.
  • Do you allow therapists/respite to attend visits?
  • Yes, we work with ABA therapists as well as with respite care. Please be sure to indicate they will be attending when booking your appointment.
  • What should I expect for the office to be able to do?
  • Each patient is different. We step into the box of the patient rather than having the patient step into ours. Our goal is to work with the caregiver, parents, and patient to create an individualized treatment plan based on what the patient is able to do and work to help the patient get to the next step or procedure.

  • How long should I expect an appointment to take?
  • For your first visit, we set aside a one-hour time slot to work with each patient.

  • Who can come to the appointment?
  • We understand that you or your loved one may need extra support for your appointment. When scheduling, please let our team know who you will be bringing to the appointment.

  • Do we need to wear a mask to the appointment?
  • Yes, if you or your loved one needs special accommodations, we are happy to work with you.

  • Are you an inclusive dental office?
  • Yes – our office is designed to welcome all individuals. Our parking lot, lobby, and rooms are wheelchair accessible. Our bathrooms are gender neutral. All patients are welcome here.
